Synopsis

The documentary film „Within a Tempest/The Island”, made by Laurențiu Damian – a director, scriptwriter, PHD in cinema and media, professor at UNATC – is a valuable cinematographic document, an immediate proof of the great director Silviu Purcărete working style. The director is filmed during the rehearsals for the Shakespearean play „The Tempest” with the actors from „Marin Sorescu” National Theatre in Craiova.
