Synopsis
“Article 22” is a short film written and directed by Georgia Mihalcea, about a judge who finds herself in a moral dilemma surrounding a case of corruption. It was produced for the short film competition of the #Integralitate 2020 Project – Romania Without Corruption, developed in partnership with the General Anticorruption Association, the Pro Democracy Association and Hanss Seidel Romania Foundation.
