Synopsis
Doina, a Romanian student in China, wants to make it back to Bucharest in time for New Year’s Eve after a long time away from home.

“Together” tells the story of Doina, a Romanian student in China, who wants to make it back to Bucharest in time for New Year’s Eve to reunite with her family and her lover after a long time away from home. Although she receives constant support from her Chinese friend, Doina fails to make a final decision and ends up stuck in the Hebei Airport, forced to reassess her life, her priorities and face her own faults! It depicts a brief moment in life that makes us observe and draw our own conclusions about distance, solitude, and the “other”.
