- Ioana Păsărin (b. 1995) is a young director from Bucharest.
- After earning bachelor’s and master’s degrees from two computer science universities, Ioana pursued her aspiration to become a film director, debuting as a cinematographer and advancing in the industry through roles as script supervisor and editor.
- Combining her love of film and painting, Ioana made a short animated film, “A Fish on a Ladder”, which premiered at the Oberhausen International Short Film Festival in 2021.
